We operate a digital platform that connects drivers with licensed third-party insurance providers. We are not an insurance carrier, broker, or agent. We do not underwrite, issue, or service insurance policies. All policy contracts are between you and the carrier you choose.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. By using the platform you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to share it.

You agree not to misuse the platform — including by submitting false information, scraping content, attempting to interfere with the service's operation, or using the platform for unlawful purposes. We reserve the right to suspend access for any user who breaches these terms.

Quotes surfaced through the platform are indicative and reflect carrier offers at the time of request. Final premiums, eligibility, and policy terms are determined by the carrier and may vary based on underwriting review. We do not guarantee any specific outcome or saving.

We may receive a referral fee or commission from a carrier when a user connects through the platform and purchases a policy. These relationships do not affect the rates you are quoted, and we recommend options based on fit, not compensation.

All content, branding, and software on the platform are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, distribute, or build derivative works without prior written consent.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or from any insurance policy you obtain through a carrier we introduce.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform at any time. Where reasonably possible, we will give advance notice of significant changes that affect users.

These terms are governed by applicable laws of the operating jurisdiction. Any disputes will be handled in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless required otherwise by mandatory consumer law.
